Basically ANY political movement that is more focused on the enemy than on organizing for group gains in the lines of FOOD, LAND, SHELTER, and the other resources needed to be free men ie that does not seek to establish its members on a sound economic, social and lastly political basis from which to strike the international oligarchy, is not really being serious in its alleged opposition to modernity.

To recap my Basic Beliefs about Everything.

The basic fact of human societies, is that all human beings are born into a group of a mother and a father. These two persons had to mingle flesh, so that each and every person on this planet could be produced. And this holds true even if scientific so called artificial means are used to facilitate the creation of life, because the sperm or egg cannot be created artificially and thus a male and a female are still necessary for the procreation of life.

This basic fact, of human existence means that all radical individualism, is utterly false at a minimum and at a maximum a destructive belief, which wastes saved capital from the past, and ensures that there will be no productive future. This being said, it is also untrue that societies of humans, are hives of bees. We cannot operate like insects do; this is not possible.

Therefore it follows, then a middle ground must be found between these extremes, which allows for the individual to exist and the group to not be negated and which allows for the group to exist and for the individual to not be negated. This may sound like some sort of mystic dualism, but this is only true, if you accept the idea that individuals and groups are necessarily in conflict.

Once you accept the reality that they complement each other, the apparent mysticism dissolves. A very solid proof, for the necessity of groups, to the existence of the individual, can be demonstrated from nature, in which all humans live in tribes, villages or some other group of at least an extended family. There is no man woman or child home in the natural order of things, who exists without a past, family and a society into which they were born. Yet on the other hand there is no group that is not comprised of individuals and again we see that there is no conflict or contrary between the group and individual  -- they are complementary.

The most basic group is again the family group, then it expands to the extended family, then to tribes, then to nations. This is the natural organic progression. Families are a proto-statelet and clans are states in all but name.

From this basic reality of human social organization, it follows that all societies, must like all just families, find/make/ensure – the semantics are not important –a place for all their members. It simply true that everyone in a society must have some use, purpose, or function in the society or they shall become alienated, and not hope for the best interests of the society at large. Everyone must have a purpose, everyone must put in and everyone must get their right and just due. This is the basic moral doctrine of any correct political/social/economic system, anything else is not satisfactory and must be rejected.

In our modern terms, this means that each head of household, must have a homestead, work that will provide for the upkeep of said homestead, and that these two bedrock conditions must be legally protected from economic/legal forces, otherwise in time men with money, will ensure that some citizens are pauperized and cannot properly raise families to increase the citizen body. Thus to make it more general it follows from the above, that a just society restrains economics to the needs and interests of the members of the society. And that further, a just society views the components of society all the way down to the tribes, families, and particular people as members of a larger family or if you will as parts of an organic whole all having needs, and who all contribute to the common good. Yes it is true that the above means in part that each and everyone won't get to just do as they please, that is true. But nothing in it should be implied to mean that anyone would be stopped from earning an honest living. Honest shall be defined to mean not legally but MORALLY correct within the above precept about Everyone counting.

In the natural order of things, Work, physical and mental, are the means to meet the needs of both the individual and the group, which at a minimum are: food, clothing, shelter and lastly some sort of weaponry with which to protect these other things. Work is also an end to ensure that each has their material to contribute to the common good and his particular good which are tied together. It is important that psychologically each think himself to be an active part of the community's life as such to ensure their loyalty. Thus from this odd view it is both an end and a means to other ends.

Also it must be admitted that in the natural order of things, there are only so many hours to everyday, and that only so many of these hours can be put to work and allow for the conditions outlined above which necessitate a certain amount of leisure time for the citizens. Thus, without a right to work and earn one's way, a place to stay, cloth on one's back,food in one's belly, and a sufficient amount time of leftover to live well, the Rights to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness are meaningless and empty promises. They were after all proclaimed by very very wealthy men, after all, and in truth.

In fact it is only when these basic conditions of living are met that anything like freedom or any other abstract concept has any real meaning whatsoever, as there are done it all practical realities going to be few to any, starving, penniless, vagabond, bestial philosophers, scientists, mathematicians, or great world leaders; and this is an overreaching fact. The opposite is also true that any livelihood work, occupation which does not provide for these minimal conditions, is no just work at all and is not right or CORRECT in any way shape or form. I shall go so far as a state that any work which uses up a significant portion of the workday over any significant amount of the week should pay a living wage as that work/time can never be had back, and the person must yet eat be housed and be clothed. Workers Live and thus require Living Wages: No exceptions.

It is obvious that in any just, proper and stable, polity, for a citizen, to have any meaningful use, of what we conveniently call rights, he must have his needs in life met, and still have time necessary to enjoy his life and engaged in the pursuits required of free citizens in a free state ie he must have education and leisure as well as the opportunity to work by which work to earn a livelihood for his family, and by extension his nation's organic being.

Economics' was invented by human beings, for their ends, humans do not exist for economic ends. Thus any theory or belief that postulates that economics control men or that modes of production are dominant over human will is false. Since it is a penultimate truth that human activity IE human will, created economics and all value judgments as we know them now--there being no mode of production in nature sans human beings. The small matters of economics are merely matters of human will, money merely being an invention of our minds, it is absurd that it should be our master.

In a preceding paragraph effects were discussed briefly, economics has a great number of unintended consequences when it is simply allowed to be pursued blindly for pure personal profit and with no regard for anyone else. Part of these effects which should be taken into account are of course the effects that any large scale industrial action action has on the environment around us, as that environment is our home writ large. This is not to say that we should abandon industrial society, it is only to say that we should balance the needs of an industrial society with the realities of what nature can and cannot absorb in the line of pollutants destruction and the rest. This is also to say that natural resources, should not be used willy nilly, to the benefit of private companies and to the loss of the commons.

The simple fact is is that, no company, no person, no group of persons, have a right nor ideally should have any legal ability, to do the common people harm, for mere return on investment or market gain. The idea would be similar to saying that, in the days of the cave, one person should have the right horde the food and sell it all the others. Do you think your ancestors would have tolerated being treated like this? But this is the market, where some horde, and some go hungry, and you golden calf worshipers, call this moral and just. But I say a market was born in theft, a royal theft at that. And that its freedoms are never free, and quite the contrary are always attached to interest, debt, pauperization,, slavery resource depletion, and over extension, which will in the long-term ensure societal collapse. The market demands more resources from nature eventually than can be had, thus it is a false paradigm. A further truth is that if you look at the birth of both the Bolshevik economy, and the early English industrial economy, both feature the same sorts of population transfers, murders, thefts of the common persons wealth and its concentration into the hands of a few favorites.

Thus the common paradigm in which there is a free market and communism. A controlled market and a free market, are false contrasts. They have no real validity. 

The fact is that yes, you should be free to engage in commerce or economics, but, only, if, that commerce is honest and not destructive to to the homeland, the hearths, and/or the common citizenry who make up the base of the social system upon which you engage and commerce. That is in so much as you engage in commerce honestly and within the rules as establish for the common good you shall be let alone and protected by the might of state, with the blessings of all good men. It is as easy as following the rules, paying taxes, and doing call ups, really.

I see nothing there that does great injury to anyone's ability to engage in honest fair business. Those of you on the other hand that would wish to do underhanded business, who would wish to cheat the nation by doing business with foreigners at the expense of the nation you will be driven out like vipers, routed for the good of all as good old Andy Jackson put it.

From here it is only a matter of choosing a political system ... it will be a mixed system ... I advise the tried and true combination of a Head of State; a Council; and an Assembly of the People. From all time to all time, this repeats, you will not escape it.

The only thing that remains is to determine if YOU shall control the process, or if others based upon what ever qualification shall do the controlling. I will let the diagram below speak for my thoughts no the matter:

This is actually the most simply part as if you have a proper society and economic order, there is little for the political arm to take care of outside of national defense and keeping basic order among the parts. Proper society of course is one in which the MEN over a certain age determine for the rest what shall be and what shall not be, by means of first their Familial authority over their own homes which then is translated into political control. The only system that works is to tie voting with call up and paying tax, while simply only allowing men to do call up. Anything else is modernist subversion. Period. IN reality this is the most stable social form ever found and that is why the modernist PC bots hate it so, as it is a very very hard nut to crack. Even the limpid remnants are giving them a good go, the return of Masculinity has them terrified. Especially the confuse members, of the feminine half of the species, who have grown to like lording it over the beta Males that are conditioned to put up with them. This planned revolt against 'patriarchy' ie normalcy is outlined by Frederick Engel's in several of his works and to a lesser extent by Karl Marx. It is also a common theme among the 68'er commies and the Frankfurters who are commonly understood to be Political Correctness or Cultural Marxism.  Traditional society was destroyed harpy by harpy, harridan by harridan, Jewish Mother by Jewish mother. 

And this is where men who reject PC, must run straight into modernity's main supporters the 'liberated women' and 'free adult' 18-21 year old child who make up the bulk of voters between them.  These voting blocks are the reason sanity can never be had at the poll as females are not reasonable and children are dull, thus both are easily tricked by the media into doing what is expected ...

Fortunately, voting is an OPTION, at least any vote that includes anyone not born with a penis who is over a certain age of understand is FULLY an option.

The real fact is that a group of angry upset adult men, who have a large enough mass and distribution, have no need of these concepts that have allowed all this insanity called PC.  

I will let you in on a secret: Liberal modernity can lie to itself, but males are always the strong backs and sharp spears, that keep any system standing, in all times and places and that does not and cannot 'evolve' without the degenerate display that is modernity. Once the men trapped by this abnormal and unnatural system mentally defect and find/realize/confirm that their interests are no longer served by this PC egalitarianism and modernity, then it is absolutely assured that something very much like the patriarchal society I call for will reemerge from the rubble and rebuild among the ruins that is modern PC matriarchy. 

It is assured, since once the goodies, the services and the games ( video and otherwise ) can no longer distract the young men, and they realize that they have been robbed of their future by Mommy PC and the Matriarchs,homos, minorities, and other churls who hide behind 'the system' it is my feeling they will do what any White Man would do: Slap reality back into line!

Now I propose that something more like this :

A better ideal where the society works as a whole for the good of the whole.

 Notice that above the means the oligarchs have used -- ie the media, courts, industry/commerce, banking, and public education --  are under the direct power of the people, not of some far removed immune 'absentee land lords' that are merely using the 'market' to mark up prices and drain us dry.

The basic ideal is that societies are NOT groups of competing individuals but are organic wholes.   The premise is that the conflict in the system as we see it today is based upon False and Wrong ideals concerning Money, Man and their Relationship.

Men labor so that they can obtain the things they need. If the conditions diagrammed below are meet people can produce their good and services. Notice you need organized labor, resources/land and that is really about it, since capital is REALLY and ONLY a form of resource and NOTHING else at all.  It is a means that man found to get to the ends of Food, Clothing, and Housing.

The key idea behind ALL my economics.

People work on land, and produce primary items such as food, unprocessed items and the like, further work is put into making items into other items until they are either used or exchanged.

Or people have been pauperized by the Oligarchs in diagram #1 above and thus the are not doing well.

If you control the volume of the credit and the rate of interest you get a cut of all the action.

 And the above is the very basic truth about the Bankers Empire over you and you and me and the rest. They get us both ways running because they control our credit and in essence charge us to borrow our own labor from them at interest!  I say that is not rational at all.  And that a system were the imaginary money is issed debt free and backed by our production capacity and not subject to exchange on the 'market'. You see the banks and the market are a two for one deal, and I reject both.

People form Land Management Companies, these LMC's help fiance farms, farms band together politically and socially as Farm associations; FA uses clout to form credit union, CU uses credit to further long term goals of people ... repeat.

The Idea here is that if you put people's labor to land and then use those products one has a functioning economy that needs little but effort, and labor on the part of the people on the land in question and ideally can sustain itself from within again all without.

And I ask you plain: Would you rather rule your life or have another that has NO interest in you and yours rule your life? It is just that easy. If you want to rule; then duties must be taken on and sacrifices made.

A way to organize people to resist the oligarchy. People form clubs; clubs funnel members to other organizations that pool money; pooled money is used to put people onto land where they can produce items needed to live and learn to be self sufficient; these people are organized into associations; associations form up a Credit Union; CU uses credit power that was created by peoples labor to help further peoples goals.

People on Land using labor produce EVERYTHING that is needed if 'land' is meant to include all natural resources and capital made from those resources. This is the real truth. If you have access to land and labor and have time ... you have goods.

I receive some particular replies to some of these 'talks'.  There seems to be some sort of Misconception about who and what I am:

The big one paints me out to be -- and yes different people have used ALL these terms so I figured, WHAT THE HEY? -- A communist-red-brownshirt-nazi-fantatic-socialist-womenhater-wifebeater-mouthbreathing-childmurder-alien-reptile-soulless-lazy-dictator.  ( Its like my name was Papa Doc and not Poor Man or something ... wow. *laughs* )  I want you all to say 'My name is Tobi -- with an I' you see.

All I can do is LAUGH so hard my sides burst. Since I not only oppose slavery as parasitism NOW I condemn it ALL through out ALL history without exception as a cause of the destruction of organic nations and the means LAZY useless elites use to grind the bones of their fellow men. Point Blank, folks.

And then there are my live words ... more or less along common lines ... think of these as fire side chats, or banter at the pub about what OUGHT to be done ....

 First Principles:

Ideas are the central force in human history, not matter, not modes of production, which are only the material upon and the means by which human ideals ie will operate in reality. Human need generates a will, which puts labor to work upon raw materials with capital, to produce wealth. Thus Men make tools; tools do not men. Tools make money; and both serve Men.

Men band together by nature. Man is as Aristotle says, 'the political animal'. It is his nature to form combinations for the purpose of ensuring general survival of the kind. They do not choose to do so, it is just that each and every person is born into a group and from there becomes a member of other groups, which form up into groups that have internal hierarchies ,in all indo-eurpean societies. The result is that each lives better than he could if he lived alone against nature.

The People are the Sovereignty. The people are both a states foundation and its animating spirit. Their collective world view is its world view, and in the end their consent is the permission it has to act. Hence the state's existence is predicated upon the continued support and input of those governed. The People are the polity. They are sovereign and the highest earthy judge of all matters political. They can in theory assign this to any number of combinations of offices or persons, but they still remain the base of the pyramid.

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are meaningless 'rights' without, a corresponding right to livelihood, hearth and substance to thus ensure 'life' against the vicissitudes of reality. Thus the ideal is to ensure as general an ownership of land and/or ownership stakes in capital ventures by the masses which will provide the nation's labor, as may be achieved to ensure the meaningful application of the above 'rights' to human life and not incidentally a more generally diffusion of wealth thereby.

The means to this general end is Law. Law is the will of the nation. Law is supreme within its domain, but should be limited to the least amount of domain that will keep general good order and ensure the conditions outlined above. Generally less laws equals more justice to the many and less legalism by the few, and the less room that judges have to insert their opinions into the operations of law, the better.

No special law is valid, nor does any law that gives special advantage to one private party over another have ANY legal effect, ever. A law not enacted properly has no effect, and is NO law at all.

Equality before the law, should mean ONLY that NO persons get special privileges at law and everyone gets a minimum standard of treatment before magistrates. Nothing else at all. Nor should it ever be taken to mean that any legal being is equal to a living man.

Any act contrary to law by any governmental agent or employee is tyranny. All acts without power of Law are tyrannical at their inception. Any state official that acts without the positive sanction of law is a tyrannt and may be resisted with force by all citizens, and any person that attempts to enforce tyranny by what ever means forfeits his life.

Tyranny is NEVER lawful nor just, all may kill a tyrant. No one is bound to the will of a tyrant.

As the tyrant so the may citizens may dispose of criminals, who may be stopped by any citizen with any amount of forced needed to protect both his own person and the general common good. No citizen is liable for a crime in stopping criminal acts.

Men make weapons to defend their interest in both their own things and in the general order about them as such: No law outlawing the keeping of private weapons is to have effect.

No Corporate Being is or can be a citizen, and thus NO such being has RIGHTS. This being cannot vote and cannot be called up to defend the polity so to give it equality with those that can and will is obscene. Corporations are creations of the state which is itself a creation of living men, who are created in the image of the living God. Corporate beings have ONLY privileges. Corporations must be loyal to the national interest. It simply makes no sense to allow enemies of the nation to function from within our country with our blessing and support.

Voting and Taxation/Call-up: These should be tied together in so much as those that do not pay in, nor risk life and limb, should not have a say in how monies are paid out, this is just. These are the two primary duties. ALL full citizens shall pay at least some nominal tax AND risk life to qualify for full citizenship. Females will not be subject to call up, nor will they be allowed to volunteer and thus females will not vote, period. Females that are not married to a man will be subject to tax at the rate of males that refuse call up, which shall be double that of a man that does not refuse his duties.

Duty and Right: These in union with justice are the foundation of all good human ordering and just such ordering is the basis for human society. Rights without Duties to keep their exercise within decent bounds bring chaos and anarchy, with all the waste attendant there upon. But on the other side of the coin duty without right is merely slavery with flowery terms attached to the matter, a form of serfdom if you will.

All Rights carry with themselves a Duty to exercise them in a manner that is just and morally defensible. Duty is the key to right. Thus no person that rejects duty can act in a manner which is morally defensible and just. And as such the state and its citizens have no reason to act as such toward them. Hence those that reject duty do not have rights that will be respected by the People as valid and having force.

Given the above I propose the following :

As regards:

The People: Initiatives, Referendums, Recalls and Plebiscites, need put into place to ensure at all levels of government are the servant and not the master of the People -- as defined above -- whose will it represents and whose agent it is in fact at all times. We want a government of the People, by the People and for the People, who will be defined as all male adults that pay tax and do call up, in the new order of things. The simple fact is the rot begins at the bottom in our system. Our localities are corrupt, the states even more so and the fed is beyond gone. They are corrupt because they know that once the every other yearly show at differences is over it will be back to the same old back room deals, and shady activities, with NO effective means of the voting citizens to check their actions. If the country council or mayor, and all the rest on up, could be simply VOTED OUT like they were voted in, and this was fairly easily done, these folks would be far more amendable to public inclination, and far less likely to engage in corrupt and or unpopular practices. Thus the healing would start at the bottom and work its way up. This would also be good in that it would instill the practice of banding together to peacefully debate and otherwise engage in civic activity in the exercise of their sovereignty. Politicians and the administrative class generally need to remember right good and well that they hold office and public trust, and for that matter any station in life, at the leave of free men, who can and will freely take that trust back with impunity, as is their right.

Parties: The only thing more openly controlled, than a two party state that does not allow any sort of national or any meaningful state plebiscite on matters of nation/regional impart, is a one party state, with an openly Leninist system. The unofficial two party system is in dire need of being dismantled, and any advantage or control over elections and candidates eliminated by means of positive legislation. In their place I would like to see a multiparty system, as that seems to be able to work in almost every other country in the world,at least but at best a NO party state with only individuals running on platforms that they will be bound to keep if selected by the people.

Voting: If you do not do call up and do not pay at least the nominal minimum tax you will not vote. Voting days and times will henceforth be uniform across all jurisdictions, and all voting days will be a paid holiday so that working citizens have time to exercise their franchise. Really though there is NO reason that voting cannot be done on the fly. We have the network technology to allow people in the Hindu Kush to vote if need be, so all the silly technical arguments against popular direct voting are rubbish, pure and simple.

The Law: This nonsense with having 50 states bars will be done a way with by STANDARDIZING legal procedure and practice across all jurisdictions in the United States. Common Law will be put to bed and Stasis Dare will NO longer exist. What was ruled before will be of NO consequence now. A Codified Civil Law will be the order of the day. The People and Congress -- which Congress will be thoroughly under the control of the people by means of recall and plebiscite -- and NOT judges will make law; judges will merely rule on the application of particular laws to particular citizens, and then sentence them to the proscribed punishment.

The States: These are anachronisms, and at the very least require their laws and administrative codes normalized by introducing uniform legal codes, procedures, criminal codes, regulations. They should be keep as congressional voting districts and administrative districts, but have NO existence beyond this. Their governors will be appointed from the center and there will be no legislatures. All legislation will come from the Congress.

The Congress: The House-- Needs to be expanded to four times it current number and all members need to be voted in proportionately in the House by 'state' voting districts, with any party that can get 15% of any district's electorate eligible. The Senate – four senators with all being elected by direct election by administrative district formally known as states. This expanded Congress should be the center of the new state and the prima inter pares among governmental bodies, and all laws will be passed by it, subject to veto by the electorate, in the name of the People and Congress.

President: Needs abolished and replaced with a collegiate office subordinate to the Congress, all of the current executive offices will be put at the disposition of congress and the people, which will alter, abolish or reform, them as needed.

Courts: Marbury V. Madison needs struck down and all usurpation by the court made to no effect. The court will be a strictly junior partner in government. They will be subject to recall just like any other public official. The House will nominate them and the Senate will either confirm or reject them, subject to the final approval of the People at large.

FED: There is no action that this parasitic body performs that the body politic cannot perform for itself. If the nation can charter a bank to lend itself money..it can skip the bank and simply lend itself money. If the nation can give a bank power to issue legal tender at interest thus facilitating bond sales and debt, then the nation can issue legal tender, on its own accounts without interest and no inherent debt attached. Thus I move that the treasury simply issue debt free notes that function in much the same manner BUT that are issued without interest and without bonds bearing interest backing them, but that are backed SOLELY by the productive capacity of the nation as a whole. Here is my basic ideals and rough outline ...

Let us start here:

First Principles:

Ideas are the central force in human history, not matter, not modes of production, which are only the material upon and the means by which human ideals ie will operate in reality. Human need generates a will, which puts labor to work upon raw materials with capital, to produce wealth. Thus Men make tools; tools do not men. Tools make money; and both serve Men.

Men band together by nature. Man is as Aristotle says, 'the political animal'. It is his nature to form combinations for the purpose of ensuring general survival of the kind. They do not choose to do so, it is just that each and every person is born into a group and from there becomes a member of other groups, which form up into groups that have internal hierarchies ,in all indo-eurpean societies. The result is that each lives better than he could if he lived alone against nature.

The People are the Sovereignty. The people are both a states foundation and its animating spirit. Their collective world view is its world view, and in the end their consent is the permission it has to act. Hence the state's existence is predicated upon the continued support and input of those governed. The People are the polity. They are sovereign and the highest earthy judge of all matters political. They can in theory assign this to any number of combinations of offices or persons, but they still remain the base of the pyramid.

Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness are meaningless 'rights' without, a corresponding right to livelihood, hearth and substance to thus ensure 'life' against the vicissitudes of reality. Thus the ideal is to ensure as general an ownership of land and/or ownership stakes in capital ventures by the masses which will provide the nation's labor, as may be achieved to ensure the meaningful application of the above 'rights' to human life and not incidentally a more generally diffusion of wealth thereby.

The means to this general end is Law. Law is the will of the nation. Law is supreme within its domain, but should be limited to the least amount of domain that will keep general good order and ensure the conditions outlined above. Generally less laws equals more justice to the many and less legalism by the few, and the less room that judges have to insert their opinions into the operations of law, the better.

No special law is valid, nor does any law that gives special advantage to one private party over another have ANY legal effect, ever. A law not enacted properly has no effect, and is NO law at all.

Equality before the law, should mean ONLY that NO persons get special privileges at law and everyone gets a minimum standard of treatment before magistrates. Nothing else at all. Nor should it ever be taken to mean that any legal being is equal to a living man.

Any act contrary to law by any governmental agent or employee is tyranny. All acts without power of Law are tyrannical at their inception. Any state official that acts without the positive sanction of law is a tyrannt and may be resisted with force by all citizens, and any person that attempts to enforce tyranny by what ever means forfeits his life.

Tyranny is NEVER lawful nor just, all may kill a tyrant. No one is bound to the will of a tyrant.

As the tyrant so the may citizens may dispose of criminals, who may be stopped by any citizen with any amount of forced needed to protect both his own person and the general common good. No citizen is liable for a crime in stopping criminal acts.

Men make weapons to defend their interest in both their own things and in the general order about them as such: No law outlawing the keeping of private weapons is to have effect.

No Corporate Being is or can be a citizen, and thus NO such being has RIGHTS. This being cannot vote and cannot be called up to defend the polity so to give it equality with those that can and will is obscene. Corporations are creations of the state which is itself a creation of living men, who are created in the image of the living God. Corporate beings have ONLY privileges. Corporations must be loyal to the national interest. It simply makes no sense to allow enemies of the nation to function from within our country with our blessing and support.

Voting and Taxation/Call-up: These should be tied together in so much as those that do not pay in, nor risk life and limb, should not have a say in how monies are paid out, this is just. These are the two primary duties. ALL full citizens shall pay at least some nominal tax AND risk life to qualify for full citizenship. Females will not be subject to call up, nor will they be allowed to volunteer and thus females will not vote, period. Females that are not married to a man will be subject to tax at the rate of males that refuse call up, which shall be double that of a man that does not refuse his duties.

Duty and Right: These in union with justice are the foundation of all good human ordering and just such ordering is the basis for human society. Rights without Duties to keep their exercise within decent bounds bring chaos and anarchy, with all the waste attendant there upon. But on the other side of the coin duty without right is merely slavery with flowery terms attached to the matter, a form of serfdom if you will.

All Rights carry with themselves a Duty to exercise them in a manner that is just and morally defensible. Duty is the key to right. Thus no person that rejects duty can act in a manner which is morally defensible and just. And as such the state and its citizens have no reason to act as such toward them. Hence those that reject duty do not have rights that will be respected by the People as valid and having force.

Given the above I propose the following :

The People: Initiatives, Referendums, Recalls and Plebiscites, need put into place to ensure at all levels of government are the servant and not the master of the People -- as defined above -- whose will it represents and whose agent it is in fact at all times. We want a government of the People, by the People and for the People, who will be defined as all male adults that pay tax and do call up, in the new order of things. The simple fact is the rot begins at the bottom in our system. Our localities are corrupt, the states even more so and the fed is beyond gone. They are corrupt because they know that once the every other yearly show at differences is over it will be back to the same old back room deals, and shady activities, with NO effective means of the voting citizens to check their actions. If the country council or mayor, and all the rest on up, could be simply VOTED OUT like they were voted in, and this was fairly easily done, these folks would be far more amendable to public inclination, and far less likely to engage in corrupt and or unpopular practices. Thus the healing would start at the bottom and work its way up. This would also be good in that it would instill the practice of banding together to peacefully debate and otherwise engage in civic activity in the exercise of their sovereignty. Politicians and the administrative class generally need to remember right good and well that they hold office and public trust, and for that matter any station in life, at the leave of free men, who can and will freely take that trust back with impunity, as is their right.

Parties: The only thing more openly controlled, than a two party state that does not allow any sort of national or any meaningful state plebiscite on matters of nation/regional impart, is a one party state, with an openly Leninist system. The unofficial two party system is in dire need of being dismantled, and any advantage or control over elections and candidates eliminated by means of positive legislation. In their place I would like to see a multiparty system, as that seems to be able to work in almost every other country in the world,at least but at best a NO party state with only individuals running on platforms that they will be bound to keep if selected by the people.

Voting: If you do not do call up and do not pay at least the nominal minimum tax you will not vote. Voting days and times will henceforth be uniform across all jurisdictions, and all voting days will be a paid holiday so that working citizens have time to exercise their franchise. Really though there is NO reason that voting cannot be done on the fly. We have the network technology to allow people in the Hindu Kush to vote if need be, so all the silly technical arguments against popular direct voting are rubbish, pure and simple.

The Law: This nonsense with having 50 states bars will be done a way with by STANDARDIZING legal procedure and practice across all jurisdictions in the United States. Common Law will be put to bed and Stasis Dare will NO longer exist. What was ruled before will be of NO consequence now. A Codified Civil Law will be the order of the day. The People and Congress -- which Congress will be thoroughly under the control of the people by means of recall and plebiscite -- and NOT judges will make law; judges will merely rule on the application of particular laws to particular citizens, and then sentence them to the proscribed punishment.

The States: These are anachronisms, and at the very least require their laws and administrative codes normalized by introducing uniform legal codes, procedures, criminal codes, regulations. They should be keep as congressional voting districts and administrative districts, but have NO existence beyond this. Their governors will be appointed from the center and there will be no legislatures. All legislation will come from the Congress.

The Congress: The House-- Needs to be expanded to four times it current number and all members need to be voted in proportionately in the House by 'state' voting districts, with any party that can get 15% of any district's electorate eligible. The Senate – four senators with all being elected by direct election by administrative district formally known as states. This expanded Congress should be the center of the new state and the prima inter pares among governmental bodies, and all laws will be passed by it, subject to veto by the electorate, in the name of the People and Congress.

President: Needs abolished and replaced with a collegiate office subordinate to the Congress, all of the current executive offices will be put at the disposition of congress and the people, which will alter, abolish or reform, them as needed.

Courts: Marbury V. Madison needs struck down and all usurpation by the court made to no effect. The court will be a strictly junior partner in government. They will be subject to recall just like any other public official. The House will nominate them and the Senate will either confirm or reject them, subject to the final approval of the People at large.

FED: There is no action that this parasitic body performs that the body politic cannot perform for itself. If the nation can charter a bank to lend itself money..it can skip the bank and simply lend itself money. If the nation can give a bank power to issue legal tender at interest thus facilitating bond sales and debt, then the nation can issue legal tender, on its own accounts without interest and no inherent debt attached. Thus I move that the treasury simply issue debt free notes that function in much the same manner BUT that are issued without interest and without bonds bearing interest backing them, but that are backed SOLELY by the productive capacity of the nation as a whole. Control the Credit control the Men!

The Credit power is the central power of the Oligarchy if it is snapped they will be put to route! 

Thier power is only what it is however because we do not band together and demand or work towards effective long term reforms, or alterations in the Nations expectations from itself, and for itself. The above is the ideal. You have folks working in collaboration in societies which are commonly called fraternal organization but could be called self help organization, or what ever you want just so you understand it is many coming together to work for the good of all, I won't fret the terms too much as long as they legal entities with nonprofit status -- those societies function as vetting agencies for those willing to work on the LMC -- land management companies, which would have members that paid for shares like any other collaborative economic venture since ... a long long time ago. Now the end result of the LMC would be to buy up farms first and then small businesses, industries as they were able, using bulk buying power and then assign them out to the LMCs dues paying members/shareholders. These shareholders would then farm, on for use primarily and then secondarily on exchange lines. Any surplus over time would be politically socially aggregated together by another layer of legal personage the FA farm association which would act like a guild, bulk sales agent, and would provide the managerial expertise needed to get to the 'last step' -- a spiral never ends -- which is the formation of a credit upon by the collective work of one or more FA -- and their integral parts of course  -- and now you have control over your own credit, a credit based upon your own social organization. Your own Labor, frankly and simply put, and this gives 'credit' to help others that are of a right mind along.

Basically: Fish need water and political idealists need a base whose interest they support and promote. The rural and urban poor working class Whites in North America are a very large base of people who have been tossed to the sharks and might support getting to something more like the below rather what we have now.
